ABHR Cancellation Policy UPDATE

We do not require a deposit or pre-payment to place an order with our service. Any deposits or pre-payments are remitted voluntarily and are subject to the following policy update until policy expiration.

Please note that the following policies override our currently published cancellation policy as of 3/16/2020. 

Thank you for supporting local small business.

1. You will not lose your deposit or prepayment.

2. No refunds will be given for cancelled prepaid events.

3. All refunds will be in the form of Austin Bounce House Rentals rental credit. There will be no expiration date for these credits.
